About Me

**Currently Accepting New Clients!**

My name is Sherie and I am the founder of Vara Nutrition, a weight inclusive nutrition counseling practice here in Eugene.  I provide an individualized, holistic approach to nutrition and my goal is to meet clients where they are and guide them to a more peaceful relationship with food and nutrition.  I have experience working with a wide range of populations including neurodivergent folks, gender nonconforming, people experiencing perimenopause along with co-occurring eating disorders, chronic diseases and other health conditions.

When I am not talking about food, I like to spend my free time hiking, cooking, paddle boarding, crafting, reading and hanging out with my two pups, Lily and Henry!

I started the Nourished Collective with the hope of building a community of providers who are HAES-aligned, weight inclusive, trauma informed and are skilled in working with eating disorders. This community will increase access to care in an approachable and streamlined away.
